The route begins in front of Veysonnaz Tourisme, descends through the old quarters of the village and then reaches the hamlet of Beauperrier. The route then crosses the apricot orchards as far as Beuson, continues to Basse-Nendaz, Saclentse and then Nendaz village. The rolling trail continues along the hillside via Condémines to reach Isérables.

The return leg, mostly through forest from the Drotcher, overlooks the Créteaux and climbs to Nendaz-station. A short descent leads to Saclentse before tackling, from Plan Désert, the climb up the Djiette road to the small hamlet of Verrey. A few more pedal strokes and Veysonnaz comes into view.
