This long mountain tour takes you through pastures and forests. The route is not technically difficult but requires a high level of physical fitness, to a lesser extent with an electrically assisted bicycle.

The departure is located in front of Veysonnaz Tourisme, on the road towards the Mayens de l'Ours. Just before the Piste de l'Ours, the route leaves the tarmac road to take a forest track. A long climb through the forest awaits you until you reach the green mountain pastures of Combyre and Meina.
Once you reach the Greppon Blanc ski lifts, you can start a beautiful descent to Siviez, the hub of the 4 Valleys ski domain. The walk continues along the main road to the hamlet of Planchouet. After crossing the hamlet, the descent continues along the Printse to the place called Plan-Désert where a final climb of about 300 metres awaits you on a pretty forest track. You then reach the picturesque hamlet of Verrey, then Veysonnaz along the Grand Raid route.
