Hike Veysonnaz - Sion
Summer hikes
This walk takes you from Veysonnaz to the valley floor, to Sion, the capital of the Valais, passing through the charming village of Salins and its surrounding forest.

The departure of this hike is located in front of Veysonnaz Tourisme. The hike begins along the Bisse de Vex towards the Mayens de Sion before descending into the forest. You cross the Bisse de Salins, pass in front of the Clourot picnic shelter and then reach the village of Salins. The descent to Sion continues through the forest and fields.
It is possible to do the same hike in the opposite direction.
