Departing from Veysonnaz Tourisme, first follow the road towards the Mayens de l'Ours. At the end of the car park, a footpath leads into the forest to the new district of Les Hauts de Veysonnaz. At this point, the itinerary comes back on the route du Magrappé leading to the restaurant Les Caboulis.
Continue uphill along a footpath until the next crossroads between the two snowshoe routes: Magrappé which is at its highest point or Forêt de l'Ours which continues its ascent by going deeper and deeper into the forest until it reaches the Piste de l'Ours.

The hike is very pleasant along a fairly flat forest track. It is not necessary to cross the piste de l'Ours to join the road that runs a few metres higher and returns to the Mayens de Veysonnaz.

The itinerary then crosses the chalets des Combes, then the piste des Mayens to reach the restaurant La Remointze and its panoramic terrace which is always very welcoming.

The last stretch is straight downhill through snowy, sunny meadows, where the old scorched chalets rest lazily waiting for spring... which comes very quickly on this slope. The route joins the Magrappé itinerary on the Fevouet path towards the tennis courts.
To get back to your starting point, take off your snowshoes and follow the route des tennis. The last few metres along the Bisse de Vex and its enchanting forest setting bring you back to Veysonnaz Tourisme.

Be careful crossing the ski slopes.
