Lift pass compensation

A compensation guarantee linked to Covid-19 is offered to all 2022-23 annual season ticket holders and day pass buyers.

 

Refund conditions for annual passes

MEASURES AT THE BORDERS
Customers living abroad, faced with travel restrictions during the winter season, can be awarded a refund.
In the event of restrictive measures met at the borders regarding the pandemic (issued by the Swiss authorities or those of the client's country of residence) in force between the 17th December 2022 and the 16th April 2023 for more than 15 days, lift pass holders can claim a full refund of their passes (less any discounts and administrative costs as set out in our general sales conditions) if it has not been used. To assert their right, customers are invited to fill in a form available at the end of the winter season, it must be returned at the latest on the 30th of June 2023.

  • The following are considered as restrictive measures : the closure of borders or the obligation to respect a quarantine of more than 5 days on entry into Switzerland or on return to the country of origin. The obligation to present a health certificate (negative PCR test, proof of vaccination, health pass) or any other document or certificate required by the authorities of the countries concerned for travel is not considered a restrictive measure.
  • The holder must not have used the pass during the 2022/23 winter season (once used, the pass will not be refunded, even partially).


CLOSURE OF THE SKI DOMAIN
In the event of a complete closure of the ski domain by order of the authorities between the 17th of December 2022 and the 16th of April 2023, the client will be reimbursed in proportion to the number of days of closure and depending on his pass based on the table below.

Refund conditions for day passes

Unused passes of 1 to 21 days, purchased at the ticket sales points or on the online sales sites of the operating companies, are also covered by an exceptional guarantee under the same conditions as those listed for annual passes:

  • if the validity of the day pass fell within a period during which restrictive measures were in force and the client was unable to use it.
  • if the lifts were closed for health reasons during the period of validity of the day pass concerned.


 

Refund procedure

  • The request for a refund must reach the company where the pass was purchased before 30 June 2023.
  • The price of insurance and other products purchased at the same time as the pass, possible discounts and/or coupons are deducted from the refund.
  • Compensation can be received in the form of a voucher (to be used when purchasing a future pass) or in cash.
  • The additional insurances Skicare and Passprotect do not apply for reimbursement in the case of travel restrictions or closure due to Covid-19.
