La Brentaz inaugurates its “Atelier Gourmand” and gradually takes over from the bakery.
From Tuesday to Sunday, from 7 a.m., enjoy delicious sweets in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
On weekdays, non-stop cooking from 11am (with daily menu) and on Saturday evenings, David will propose a creative menu, made with fresh produce.
Friday evening : Chef's style rib steak, parsley butter or tartar.
