Only 13 kms from Sion (and the highway) it overlooks the Rhône Valley and offers a breathtaking Alp panorama. From here you can ski or snowboard your way as far as Nendaz or Verbier. The 4 Valleys area has 100 lifts and 400 kms of slopes ! VEYSONNAZ offers for the summer : more than 300 km of footpaths in the forest - along the "Bisses" or in the mountains inviting you to walk, to picnic and to relax. Summer sport installations : tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, wellness center, multi-sport area, wall climbing, beach volley, table tennis, archery, childrens activities, mountain-bike. VEYSONNAZ offers for the winter : "the 4 Valleys" - the incomparable skiing area from Veysonnaz to Verbier trough Nendaz. With more than 100 skilifts and 400 km of slopes between 1300 and 3300 meters with a ski pass valid either for the complete area or by sections with reductions for families of 3 or more. There is a cross country skiing run which enables you to enjoy a splendid view of the Valley of the Rhône and the Bernese Alpes.
