Boucherie Au Charolais
The butcher’s Au Charolais, located in the centre of the resort of Veysonnaz, proposes a wide choice of meats and regional meat specialties from the Valais region (sausages dried meat, cured ham). Come and discover the flavour of the Hérens breed of beef. Caterer on request. You can order aperitif plateaus, ‘assiettes valaisannes’, meat fondue (chinoise, bouguignonne), etc. Cheese and tomme cheese from the region also in sale.
